James Lilly, President

James is responsible for technical training, providing strategic direction for Acknowledge IT, and providing consulting services to our clients. He attended Carnegie Mellon University, Concord University, and Virginia Western Community College and studied Mathematics, Computer Science, and Business Management. James has over 10 years in the Information Technology field, primary in Systems Administration and Consulting with a focus on Microsoft products and technologies. Bryan Callaway, Director of Training Services

Bryan is responsible for consulting with customers of Acknowledge IT and developing training plans to fit their unique needs. He graduated from James Madison University with a BBA degree in Management and Marketing. Bryan has over 20 years of consultative sales and account management experience in the Information Technology field working for such companies as NCR and AT&T. He has also gained experience in the IT Training industry working for ExecuTrain and Advanced Logic Industries. David Sarver, Director of Training Operations

David is responsible for applications training, maintenance of the Acknowledge IT learning environment, and all of the little things that go into making a training engagement an enjoyable experience. He graduated from Concord University with a BS in mathematics and concentrations in statistics and computer science. David has been in the Information Technology field for over 10 years, working primarily in healthcare informatics.
